MariCare Wellness is dedicated to providing you with high-quality customer experience and medical support.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Saving Accounts (HSA), and Cash App. Credit and debit card payments are subject to a transaction fee.

Basic Fees

The initial visit will be 30-45 minutes and follow-up visits will be up to 15 minutes. Additional charges may apply for every 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time.

• $150-200 Initial Visit (including telemedicine)
• $100-150 Annual Renewal Visit
• $100-200 for Handicap Disability Parking Evaluations 
• $25 2-Month Certification
• $35 3-Month Certification
• $25 Allotment Increase Assessment
• $35-40 Follow-Up Visit per 15 minutes (including telehealth via phone)

Additional Fees:

When paying with debit or credit card payment options, an additional transaction fee will be charged.

Insurance Reimbursement:

HSA/FSA Accepted Here!

Superbills for up to 80% insurance reimbursement. Available upon request.

Currently, any medical marijuana-related services are not eligible for reimbursement by insurance. We DO accept FSA/HSA debit card payments and will provide a monthly superbill for insurance reimbursement. Please verify with your insurance provider to confirm the terms of your policy.

Cancellation Policy:

To avoid a $50 fee, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
